5 squats

 

C.) Press 10-10-10
(Start around 50% and build)

 

C2.) Push press 8-8-8

(Build off heaviest set of presses)

 

C3.) Jerk 3-3-3
(Build as technique allows)

 

D.) 12 minute amrap 
3 Handstand pushups/dB Strict press
6 alt dB snatch 50/35 
9 burpees 
(Scale as needed)

 

E.) 5 min cool down row/Mobilize
