:60 second Banded hamstring stretch

 

B.) Warm up: 2 rounds of: 
500m row
400m run
20 kB deadlifts

 

C.) In 15 minutes build up to a heavy set of 
5 deadlifts

D.) 12 minute amrap:
12 deadlifts 185/133
24 Russian kB swings
300m run

 

E.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize
