B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 250m row 5 burpees 5 pushups 5 burpees 5 pull-ups

C.) Eomom x 14 (7 sets) 4 Bench press (Warm up to 75+% and work sets across)

D.) For time:

1000m row 60 toes to bar/knee raises 50 DB pushups/ hr pushups 40 ring dips/box dips Scale as needed)
