A.) Mobility :60 seconds t spine mobility :60 seconds oh band distraction :60 second banded ankle stretch

B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 100m run 3 handstand kick ups 10 box jumps 10 sit-ups 10 kB swings 10 kB deadlift 10 ring rows 10 pushups

C.) 10 minute amrap 200m run 10 chest to bar pull-ups 10 burpees (Scale as needed)

D.) 10 minute amrap 200m run 12 toes to bar 8 handstand pushups/dB push press (Scale as needed)
