A.) mobility
:60 second couch stretch
:60 second pigeon stretch
:60 second super front rack

 

B.) Warmup:
Emom x6
Odd: 10 medball cleans
Even: 10 dB push press

 

C.) Front squat 5x4
Warm up to a weight around 70% and work sets across

 

D.) 4 rounds for time
15 DB thrusters 50/35
15 weighted sit-ups 25/15
(Scale as needed)

 

E.) 5 minute cool down row
