Minute 2: 15 kB deadlifts
Minute 3: 6 box jumps

Back squat x 5 reps
(Choose a weight around 70-75% and hold across 5 sets)

 

D.) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Wall balls 20/14
Toes to bar/knee raises

 

E.) 5 minutes of double under practice
