A.) Mobility
:60 seconds couch stretch
:60 second banded hamstring
:60 second hip floss

 

B.) Warm up:
Rowling!
Alternate 10 frames each with a partner

 

C.) For 20 minutes rotate through each station
Minute 1: 200/150m row
Minute 2: 30 double unders
Minute 3: 100m run
Minute 4: 15 Russian twists
Minute 5: rest

 

D.) Mobilize!
