A.) Mobility :60 second couch stretch :60 Second oh band distraction :60 second banded ankle

B.) Warmup: In teams of 2: 4 rounds of 200m run 20 air squats 10 burpees 8 pull-ups

C.) In teams of 2, For time: 10 rounds of “Cindy” (5 rounds each) Then 1200m run Then 5 rounds of 500m row 20 burpees 30 weighted sit-ups 35/25 (One partner works at a time)

D.) Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
