REMINDER GYM IS CLOSED FOR THE DAY! WE WILl RESUME OUR NORMAL SCHEDULE FRIDAY! This is a WOd you can do at home in the meantime!

HOME WOD THORSDAY December 5th 2019

A.) 10 minutes to mobilize

B.) warm up: 3 rounds of 10 air squats 10 sit-ups 10 jumping jacks 5 pushups

C.) 10 minute amrap: 20 sit-ups 10 burpees 30 jumping jacks

Rest 5 minutes

D.) 10 minute amrap 10 alt lunges 10 air squats 10 mountain climbers 10 pushups

E.) 3 sets of: :60 second planks Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
