B.) Warm up: 2 rounds 200m row 100m run 10 wall balls 10 kB dL 10 pushups

C.) for time in teams of 2: 5 rounds for time 4 rope climbs 30 calorie row 14 toes to bar 400m run (One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)
