A.) Mobility :60 second couch stretch. :60 second oh band distraction :60 second banded hamstring

B.) warmup: 100m row 500m row 15 box jumps 30 pvc pass throughs Then 2 rounds of bb snatch warm up 5 snatch dl 5 snatch pulls 5 muscle snatch 5 power snatch

C.) 5 sets of Snatch 1.1.1.1 Each rep from the floor, build as technique allows

D.) “Isabel” 30 snatches for time 135/93 (Scale snatch weight as needed, goal is under 6 minutes)

E.) 5 minute cool down row Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
