Day 1- 100m run Day 2- Clusters 115/73 Day 3- burpees Day 4- box jumps Day 5- toes to bar Day 6- pull-ups Day 7- wall balls Day 8- Russian kB swings Day 9- dB pushups Day 10-renegade rows 50/35 Day 11- oh walking lunges with plate (per leg) Day 12- clean+front squat+push press+front squat+jerk (Day1, Day1+2, day 1+2+3 etc, prepare for a long one!
