B.) Warm up: 15 pvc dislocates Then 15-10-5 Bb power snatch m Sit-ups Ring rows

C.) 3 rounds for time of 300m run 40 double unders (Scale dubs as needed)

D.) For time: 45 power snatches 95/53 (Scale weight as needed)

E.) 21-15-9 Toes to bar Box jump overs 24/20 (Scale as needed)
