:60 second pec stretch
:60 second sink mobility

 

B.) Warmup
500m row
Then
15-10-5
Pushups
Ring rows
DB push press

 

C.) Emom x14
Odd: 7 incline bench press
Even: 10 double dB row on bench
(Warm up to weights you can hold across for 7 sets)

 

D.) 5 rounds for times:
15 toes to bar
12 ring dips
9 burpees
(Rest 2 minutes between sets)

 

E.) 3 sets of
Banded triceps extensions x29 reps
