A.) Mobility: :60 second couch stretch :60 second oh band distraction :60 second super front rack

B.) Warm up: 2 rounds 250m row 10 Bb snatch 10 bbclean and push press 5 box jumps

C.) Emom x 10 Clean+clean+Jerk ( warm up to a weight you can hold across for 10 minutes)

D.) Emom x10 2 power snatch+ OHS (Warm up to a weight you can execute with good technique)

E.) 1000m row Rest 4 minutes 500m row sprint
