B.) Warm up

Box jumps

 

C.) Push press 5x5
(Work our to a weight around 70-75% and hold sets across)

 

D.) 12 minute amrap
250m row
10 push press 95/63
15 wall balls
30 dubs
(Scale as needed)

 

E.) 5 minute cool down row/mobilize
