B.) Warm up 500m row 15-10-5 DB push press Box jumps

C.) Push press 5x5 (Work our to a weight around 70-75% and hold sets across)

D.) 12 minute amrap 250m row 10 push press 95/63 15 wall balls 30 dubs (Scale as needed)

E.) 5 minute cool down row/mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
