A.) Mobility: :60 second couch stretch :60 second oh band distraction :60 second super front rack

B.) Warm up: 2 rounds 250m row 10 Bb snatch 10 bbclean and push press 5 box jumps

C.) Eomom x12Snatch+hang snatch+hang snatch+2 overhead squats(Warm up to a weight you can execute with good technique)

D.) Eomom x 12 (6sets) Clean+hang clean+2 front squats+clean ( warm up to a weight you can hold across for 10 minutes)

E.) For time: 5 rope climbs 500m row 50 sit-ups (Scale as needed)
