B.) Warm up: 2 rounds

10 Bb snatch
10 bbclean and push press
5 box jumps

 

C.) Eomom x12
High hang snatch+hang snatch+snatch+2 overhead squats
(Warm up to a weight you can execute with good technique)

 

D.) Eomom x 12 (6 sets)
Clean+clean+hang clean+2 jerks
( warm up to a weight you can hold across for 10 minutes)

 

E.) For time:
40 thrusters 95/63
10 rope climbs
(Scale as needed)
