B.) Warm Up: 3 rounds of 100m fun 10 kB deadlifts 6 kB swings

C.) Deadlift 4-4-4-4-4 Warm up to around 70-75% and build through 5 sets

D.) 30 ring pushups Into 21-15-9 Deadlifts 225/153 Russian kB swings 55/35 Into 30 ring pushups (Scale as needed)

E.) 4x:60 second weighted planks Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
