A.) Mobility
:60 second couch stretch
:60 second oh band distraction
:60 second super front rack

 

B.) Warm up: 2 rounds of
100m run
10 bb power snatch
10 wall balls
10 sit-ups
10 ring rows

 

C.) In teams of 2:
For Time:
50 power snatches 95/63
Into
3 minutes of rest
Then
For time:
4 rounds of
600m run
50 air squats
40 sit-ups
Rest 4 minutes
Into
2000m row for time
(One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)

 

D.) Mobilize!
