B.) Warm up: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 box jumps 10 wall balls 10 sit-ups 10 ring rows 10 kB swings 10 dB push press

C.) 10 minute amrap 7 hspu/dB push press 9 cal row 11 mountain climbers per side (Scale as needed)

D.) 8 minute amrap 3 wall walks 200m run 25 double unders (Scale as needed)
