Power snatch+hang snatch+2ohs+snatch
(Work up to a weight you can move with good technique)

 

D.) Eomom x12
Clean+2 front squats+clean+hang clean
(Work up to a weight you can live with good technique)

 

E.) 2 sets of
500m row
50 weighted sit-ups 15/10
(Rest 2 mins between sets)
