A.) Mobility :60 second couch stretch on bench :60 second oh band distraction :60 second super front rack

B.) Warm up: 400m run Then 15-10-5 Bb push press Sit-ups Ring rows

C.) Eomom x 12 5 push press (Work up to around 70% and work across)

D.) 3 sets of: 400m run 12 shoulder to overhead 95/63 20 weighted overhead sit-ups 25/15 (Rest 3 minutes between sets

E.) 3-4 sets of Anterior delt raise w/ barbell x12 Supers with Lateral delt raise w/ dbs x12
