B.) Warmup: 2 rounds 200m row 7 bb power snatch 7 bb power clean 7 bb front squats

C.) Eomom x 12 High hang snatch+hang snatch+snatch+2OHS (Work up to a weight you can move with good technique)

D.) Eomom x12 Clean+front squat+clean+hang clean+2 front squat (Work up to a weight you can live with good technique)

E.) 3 rounds for time: 30 double unders 25 Russian kB swings
