B.) Warm up: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 box jumps 10 wall balls 10 sit-ups 10 ring rows 10 kB swings 10 dB push press

C.) in teams of 2: 12 minute amrap 400m run 10 burpees box jump overs 24/20 12 power snatch 95/63 14 pull-ups (One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)

D.) in teams of 2: 10 minute amrap 20 cal row 10 power cleans 135/93 30 Russian kB swings (One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)
