B.) Warm up; 500m row 30 dubs/60 singles 25 air squats 20 sit-ups 15 dB push press

C.) strict press 5-5-5-5-5 Start around 70% and build to heavy set of 5 for the days

D.) For time: 400m run Into 15-10-5 Handstand pushups/dB push press Russian kB swings Into 100 dubs

E.) 4 sets of Anterior delt raises x12 reps Supersets with Lateral delt raises x12 reps
