C.) emom for 25 minutes Station 1: 25 double unders Station 2: 2 rope climbs Station 3: 100m run Station 4: 2 wall walks Station 5: rest (Rotate through stations for 25 minutes, switching every minute)

D.) 4 sets of 100m farmer carry 70/55
