B.) Warmup 500m row Then 15-10-5 Pushups Ring rows Sit ups

C.) E3m x15 minutes (5 sets) Bench press x7 (Work sets across at 60-70%

D.) For time: “Coach Josh” 40 DB pushups 35 toes to bar 30 ring dips 25 strict pull-ups 20 renegade rows per side 50/35 25 strict pull-ups 30 ring dips 35 toes to bar 40 dB pushups (Scale or die)

E.) 3 sets of Banded triceps extensions x15 reps Superset with DB bicep curls x12 reps
