WOD Tuesday February 11th 2020 A.) Mobility :60 second oh band distraction :60 second pec stretch :60 second sink mobility

B.) Warmup 500m row Then 15-10-5 Pushups Ring rows Sit ups

C.) Emom x 12 minutes (6 sets) Odd: Bench press x4 reps Even: bent over bb row x 8 reps (Choose weights that are challenging but that you can hold across 7 sets)

D.) 5 rounds for time 10 chest to bar pull-ups 12 ring dips 8 box jumps 24/20

E.) For time: 50 ring pushups
