WOD Tuesday February 18th 2020 A.) Mobility :60 second oh band distraction :60 second pec stretch :60 second sink mobility

B.) Warmup 500m row Then 8-6-4 Pushups Ring rows Sit ups

C.) Every 2:30 for 15 minutes (6 sets) Bench press x8 reps Superset with bent over supinated bb row x 10 (Choose weights that are challenging but that you can hold across 6 sets)

D.) 6 rounds for time: 5 dB muscle cleans 50/35 10 ring dips 15 toes to bar 100m run (Scale as needed)

E.) 3 sets of DB chest flys x10 reps Superset with Bent over reverse flys x 10 reps
