(All reps reset from the floor between reps, 4 reps per set. Build as technique allows)

 

D.) 6 minute amrap
10 cal row
10 single arm dB clean and jerk 50/35

(Rest 5 minutes)

 

E.) 6 minute amrap
3 rope climbs
200m run
25 dubs
