:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) Warm up:
400m run
10 air squats
10 box jumps
10 pull-ups
10 burpees
50m row

 

C.) 4 sets of:
25 cal row
30 weighted sit-ups
50 dubs
Rest 2 mins between sets

 

D.) 3 rounds for time
300m run
16 alt dB snatches 50/35
20 wall balls 20/14

 

E.) 5 minute cool down row
