A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds oh band distraction 3x3 oh wall squat therapy

B.) Warmup 2 rounds 250m row 10 pvc oh squats 10 box jumps 10 kB swings 10 pushups

C.) 4 sets of Snatch (All reps reset from the floor between reps, 4 reps per set. Build as technique allows)

D.) 6 minute amrap 10 cal row 10 single arm dB clean and jerk 50/35

(Rest 5 minutes)

E.) 6 minute amrap 3 rope climbs 200m run 25 dubs
