B.) Warm up: 400m run 20 air squats 10 box jumps 10 pull-ups

C.) 4 rounds for times: 4 rope climbs 400m run 10 burpees

D.) 3 rounds for time: 40 double unders 15 box step overs 24/20 20 air squats

E.) 5 minute cool down row
