WOD Tuesday February 25th 2020 A.) Mobility :60 second oh band distraction :60 second pec stretch :60 second sink mobility

B.) Warmup 400m run Then 8-6-4 Pushups Ring rows Sit ups

C.) Every 2:30 for 15minutes (6 sets) Bench press x5 reps Even: bent over pronated bb row x10 reps (Choose weights that are challenging but that you can hold across 6 sets)

D.) for time 30-20-10 DB pushups Toes to bar Ring dips Weighted sit-ups

E.) 3 sets of Banded tricep pull downs, max reps to failure Rest :60 seconds between sets
