B.) Warm up: 400m run 15-10-5 DB pushpress Ring rows kB swings a

C.) Every 2:30 for 15 minutes (6 sets) Strict press x6 reps Superset with Bb upright row x10 reps (Choose weights you can hold across 7 sets, aim for 70+% of your strict press)

D) For time: 25 cal row 21-15-9 Hspu/dB push press Weighted sit-ups 45/35 25 cal row

E.) 3 sets of Anterior delt raises x12 reps Superset with lateral delt raises x10 reps
