B.) Warmup 400m run Then 8-6-4 Pushups Ring rows Sit ups

C.) Every 2:30 for 15minutes (6 sets) Bench press x7 Even: bent over duplicated bb row x10 reps (Choose weights that are challenging but that you can hold across 6 sets)

D.) for time: 1000m row 75 dB pushups 50 box jumps

E.) 3 sets of Banded tricep pull downs, max reps to failure Rest :60 seconds between sets
