B.) Warmup: 2 rounds 200m row 7 bb power snatch 7 bb power clean 7 bb front squats

C.) Eomom x 12 Snatchx2+hang snatchx2+2ohs (Work up to a weight you can move with good technique)

D.) Eomom x12 Clean+2 hang cleans+clean+2 jerks (Work up to a weight you can live with good technique)

E.) For time: 500m row 15 clean and jerks 135/93 30 front squats 135/93 (Scale as needed)
