A.) Mobility: :60 second couch stretch :60 second oh band distraction :60 second banded ankle

B.) Warm up: 500m row Into 15-10-5 Air squats Sit-ups Ring rows

C.) 10 minute amrap 5 pull-ups 10 pushups 15 air squats

D.) 3 sets for times 15 toes to bar 400m run 10 burpees (Rest 2 minutes between rounds)

E.) Mobilize
