A.) Mobility
:60 second couch stretch
:60 second pec stretch (use any wall
Or doorway)
:60 second arm circles


B.) Warmup: 3 minute jog outside or in place
Then 15 burpees


C.) Tabata mountain climbers)
(For 4 minutes work :20 on :10 off for the duration, score it total reps


D.) 8 minute amrap
25 air dubs (exactly how it sounds, pretend you have a rope and perform the movement)
10 hr pushups
15 Russian twists per side


E.) For time: 75 butterfly sit-ups

5 minute cool down jog outside
